Who I Am
I'm Erika Reed, founder of REEDality MEDIA: an AI consultancy, media studio, and creator education ecosystem built around one principle. If it hasn't been shipped, it isn't real.
Before I was an AI consultant, I spent 30+ years working across customer service, retail, massage therapy, corporate training, curriculum design, and radio and podcast production. That background isn't a footnote; it's the reason I can take something as overwhelming as artificial intelligence and translate it into moves a real person can actually make.
Inside REEDality MEDIA, I build custom AI workflows, tools, and content systems, and I teach from what's been tested, not from slides. My work includes:
- AI strategy and workflow design for founders, solo creators, and public-sector teams
- Workshops on AI literacy, prompt design, and practical tool integration for non-technical audiences, including a roundtable and podcast feature with the Tacoma Chamber of Commerce
- AI content creation support for a 2026 judicial campaign, from social storytelling strategy to content systems built for community outreach
- Capstone presentation modernization for the Washington State Department of Children, Youth & Families (DCYF), in partnership with the University of Washington
- Contributor to the Chicago AI Film Festival presented by Playground Pastime, with the Do Less, Show Up More: AI Workflow Auditor
- A catalog of 80+ custom AI tools built, tested, and used by real people, not theoretical
People who've worked with me describe sessions as patient, clear, and specific to where they actually are, not where a curriculum assumes they should be. In workshops and 1:1 sessions, the goal is always the same: you leave with something built, something understood, and a next step you can actually take. That's not a teaching style. That's a standard.
I run REEDality Studio, a paid community where creators and entrepreneurs build real AI skills at a sustainable pace. I design for people who don't always have the energy to go full throttle, because most of the time, neither do I. That's not a weakness. That's the system.
